SHIPPING:
We offer FREE Standard Shipping (to most US locations) on orders over $200. Orders up to $99.99, will be charged a flat rate fee of $8.95. Orders $100-199.99, shipping will be charged a flat rate fee of $10.95. Overnight shipping is an additional fee of $40 & 2-day shipping is an additional fee of $30 (please see chart below for clarification). All orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (depending on the shipping method you choose and the location to where the package is being shipped).

IN-STORE PICKUP:
Please wait until you receive your ‘Ready for Pickup’ email before coming to pick up your order. You should usually receive this email within 1-2 business days. Orders must be picked up within 3 business days from receiving ‘Ready for Pickup’ email, or your order will be returned to stock (unless we are contacted by customer).
LOCAL DELIVERY:
We also offer Local Delivery (zip codes: 21208, 21209 & 21215) for a $5 fee. Deliveries are usually made within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for missing/stolen items, or addresses that are incorrectly entered by the customer on their order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES RETURNS:
B'Dazzle wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your NEW merchandise, you may exchange, replace or return your purchase. However, the item(s) must be FULL PRICE, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED and have ALL TAGS INTACT. Additionally, an approval authorization slip, along with your order receipt, MUST be included in the return package, so that our warehouse can properly identify your order and efficiently process your return.
TO INITIATE A RETURN BY MAIL:
Please email us @ shopbdazzle@gmail.com with your return request immediately (within 1 business day of receiving your order). Please include your order #, name, address, phone #, and the items you wish to return. Upon approval, a return authorization slip will be emailed back to you. This authorization slip must be included in your return package in order to receive your refund. Returns will only be accepted within 2 days (1 day during the holiday seasons) from the day the package is delivered. Your approved return must be shipped out within 1 business day from receiving your return authorization slip. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and any original shipping fees that the customer paid, will not be refunded. (Please note that if a return is made, lowering your original order total to less than $200, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).
For merchandise that is returned without prior authorization, NO refund will be credited, and the merchandise will NOT be sent back to the customer at the store's expense. We will gladly donate the item(s) to charity. However, if the customer chooses to have the item(s) returned to them, they must contact us immediately, @ 443-334-5635, and we will be happy to ship it back to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping costs are solely at the customer's expense. When returning an item, it is advisable to ensure your return by obtaining a trackable shipping method in order to guarantee a safe delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit. If your return merchandise is not received, no refund will be issued.
Please allow for 3-7 business days from the day we receive your return for your refund to be credited back to you. Orders over $200 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee upon return.

TO INITIATE AN IN-STORE RETURN:
Local orders are returnable for up to 2 days (1 day during the holiday seasons) from date of purchase, beginning the day you receive your ‘Ready for Pickup’ email notification. The item(s) being returned must be FULL PRICE, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED and have ALL TAGS INTACT. Orders over $200 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee upon return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Any Sale or Discounted Items, Hosiery & Accessories, Swimwear, ALL Headwear & Jewelry. FINAL SALE items may NOT be returned, and if returned, will NOT be credited, nor shipped back to the customer. If a FINAL SALE item is returned, we will donate the item(s) to charity and NO refund will be issued.
Returned Merchandise must be returned within the return policy window & in the same condition as it was sent. Again, only FULL PRICE, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED merchandise, with ALL TAGS INTACT will be accepted for returns. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned & will not be credited, nor be shipped back to the customer. Any merchandise that is returned without proper authorization, will not receive a refund and the merchandise will be donated to charity, unless contacted by the customer immediately to have the item(s) shipped back at their expense. All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days from receiving them back at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if there is any item that is either defective, damaged, or any other issue with your order. This way we can evaluate the issue and resolve it immediately.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
Once an order is already packaged and/or shipped out, unfortunately, the order CANNOT be canceled. However, if we are able to accommodate, and cancel an order before it is packaged/shipped, there will be a 5% restocking fee to the customer.
